This beautiful Cortijo is located in Loma del Gato. It is a country side area with unbeatable views of the sea and mountains but only 10 minutes from the center of Almuñecar. The road is tarmac up to the gate of the property, this makes it easier and more accessible even in the countryside. For this reason it also makes the area more habitable for other people, so we will not feel totally isolated from the world but we will enjoy a lot of privacy and space.
The property plot is more than 9500m2 of land and a house has an habitable space of 115m2. There are also other constructions that at the moment are only use as storage, but if wanted, could be reformed and convert into habitable space, this way you could have up to 180m2 house.
The main entrance to the property welcomes us with a large iron gate and a road that, although is not paved, is in perfect condition to drive with any type of car.
