Mainly Chirimoya trees (over 30 years old) are grown there organic. There are also olives, avocados and other tropical fruit trees. The farm is considered as farmland. The farm has a western orientation and a lot of sunshine. It can be reached by a partly unpaved road. On the Finca there is an old cortijo, which needs a refreshment.
