It offers fantastic views of the sea and the bay of Salobrena, the beautiful castle and the beach. You can reach Salobreña in less than 10 minutes and the city of Motril with its dream beaches is only 20 minutes away.
The builder of the house, which took years to build under his direction, was inspired by the art in the Alhambra Castle in Granada know. Who does not know the wonderful Arabic decorations and arches that always fascinate you when you visit the most sought after and famous monument in Spain. As soon as you enter the entrance hall, you are struck by the golden splendour of the building. A dome covers the entrance area, which is also the exit to the garden, but more on that later.
From the entrance hall, the path leads directly to the luxurious living room. Wonderful Moorish columns welcome the visitor. To the left is an Arabic tea room with a large window showing the fountain and garden in front of the room. In general, water is a constant theme in this property.

Straight ahead, one can enjoy the panoramic view. The view is overwhelming, down to the sea, Salobrena and beyond. The window front is semi-circular and with its rich noble interior design it makes this room an experience. Right next to it is a small dining room that exists as a conservatory and can be fully opened in summer.
On the right hand side, next to the living room, a very high quality modern fully equipped kitchen awaits you, which leaves nothing to be desired. Instead of external walls, there is only glass here, so that you can see into the lush garden as well as to the sea. There is another exit into the garden.

And back to the entrance hall for a moment, there is a door leading into a small 2 room flat that is perfectly suitable for staff.

As we enter, we are greeted by a glass floor with a view of the ground floor and a unique Arabic lamp in the dome of the room. The entire room serves as a sleeping and relaxation area. This floor was the last to be redesigned by its owners. There is an 18m2 dressing room, an extra shoe room and the other highlight of this floor is the free standing white bathtub framed in black marble walls. The glazed wall surface provides a view of the wonderful garden without being seen. In addition to the bathtub, there is a walk-in shower for 2, an extra room for the toilet and bidet, and of course several washbasins.
The bed in the entire room is placed in such a way that you wake up with a view of the sea. Next to it is an area to rest and look out over Salobrena and the sea through the huge windows. There is a bar hidden behind sliding mirrors so that you can prepare and enjoy your relaxing drink right here. This room ends with a terrace with a great view and next to it a bright fitness room.

Let's go to the lower floor of this property. There you will find another large room with a glass front to the garden. The highlight is a mosaic-like pavilion with a Jacuzzi. It is reached via a small portico.
The room has another dressing room and next to it an impressive bathroom in Arabian style with a glass front that cannot be seen from the outside and offers a view of the garden. The room also offers a small minibar. The room connects in its own way the outside area with the house.

The basement of the property also has its secrets. These are given here in the form of a wonderful bodega. Here, at a constant temperature, you can enjoy wonderful wines in a pleasant atmosphere. In front of this room there is a little storage space, another pre-installed bathroom, a utility room and access to the garage for at least 2 cars. The exit goes directly onto the lower street in front of the house.

Let us now go into the garden. Nowhere else on the coast will you find such a variety of palm trees. They have been carefully selected and planted by the owners over the years. And they have grown tall and provide wonderful shade in the summer. The garden gives you a bit of a feeling of being in the Generalife, the summer palace on the Alhambra. water rushes everywhere.
