Finca en los Guajares (Granada)
The so-called Guajares are the villages in a valley behind Salobreña and Motril, which once served as the last refuge of the Moors after the reconquest of the Alhambra and Granada in 1492. Picturesquely situated and yet only 20 minutes from the sea and Motril, these tranquil villages have something unique. There are 3 villages, Guajar Fondón, the first village when you come out of the valley, then Guajar Faraguit, the centre of the area with shops for shopping and only 5 minutes drive from Guajar Fondón and at the top secluded Guajar Alto.
This property is only 20 minutes from the coast of Motril in the front part of Guajares. It is reached by mostly paved roads. The location allows sunshine most of the day and the terrain extends down to the valley and the river which has water all year round. Electricity is available in the immediate vicinity. It is partly planted with fruit trees.
