The house is composed as follows:

On the outside of the property we have two parking spaces, garage, which was modified to create an extra kitchen, and left space to store bicycles or motorbike. Of course this can be changed again if you wish to have an enclosed garage. We also have the entrance door to the property which leads directly into a lovely entrance courtyard surrounded by flowers and light.

From this courtyard we have the entrance door to the main house, and stairs leading down to the lower part of the house.
When we enter the main house we have a fantastic entrance hall, to the left we have a toilet, which has access to the second kitchen and garage, to the front we access directly to the living room with beautiful panoramic sea views, this has a beautiful open kitchen, living room with pellet cooker and windows with incredible views, dining area and access to master bedroom and terrace. The master bedroom enjoys a very spacious bathroom with shower, dressing room, sea views and access to the fantastic terrace. The terrace is very spacious, we have an outdoor fireplace, barbecue area and in addition to the panoramic views we have a heated pool for a dip in winter and summer.

In the lower part of the property, we have the guest area. It is totally independent and is accessed via a charming external staircase. This area has three bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a toilet and the third is now used as an office. There is another full bathroom on the same floor. This part also has a separate kitchen, living room and a large storage room. All the rooms have access to the terrace and pool area, these one is also heated and is very large size. On one side of the terrace there is a barbecue and dining area, as well as great views.
At one end of this terrace there are stairs which lead directly to the parking area in the upper part of the house, and at the other end there are stairs which lead to the gymnasium with sauna and another entrance door in the lower part of the property. In the gym there is access to the pool machine room with plenty of storage space.
